1 - Payment Terms
Upfront Payment: A deposit of 30-50% of the total project fee is required before work begins. The exact percentage will be outlined in the project agreement.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion and must be paid before the final delivery of work.
Accepted Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via Robux and Western Union (USD).
2 - Project Scope
Scope Definition: The project scope will be clearly defined and agreed upon before work begins. Any modifications may impact the project’s cost and timeline.
Additional Work: Any request beyond the agreed scope will require a separate agreement and additional fees.
3 - Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation: If the client cancels the project after making an upfront payment, the deposit is non-refundable.
Refunds: If the project is canceled before significant work has been completed, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
4 - Intellectual Property
Ownership Transfer: Full rights to the work are transferred to the client only upon full payment. Until then, all rights remain with the service provider.
5 - Confidentiality
Non-Disclosure: Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information shared during the project.
6 - Dispute Resolution
Liability: The service provider is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the project.
